This project involves the complete gut, renovation, and rehabilitation of an existing Equipment Maintenance Building and Central Service Center built in 1963 and formerly used by both the City of Detroit Department of Water Supply and the Detroit Fire Department. The renovated building will be used as an incubator for food service based entrepreneurs and companies as a commercial kitchen, restaurant space, classrooms, and meeting rooms.
